Who Are We?

We are a group of experienced managers with backgrounds in different disciplines to provide comprehensive coverage for Scotland and the north of England primarily, although we travel widely in the UK in support of existing national clients' distributed environments. Additionally, we are all trained image consultants with the world’s leading image company, ColourMeBeautiful.

Karen’s business background in senior finance, sales and marketing, and customer service roles, across industry sectors and all sizes of organisation, in the public and private sectors, enables Karen to offer a wide range of services for both personal and corporate clients.

Karen is an effective communicator, facilitator, strategist and team player, who is hard working and adaptable. She believes strongly in mentoring and developing staff.

Karen is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, for whom she does local PR. She is AAT and ACCA qualified, with an MBA.
